Intro to Lean

• Our entry-level course covering basic Lean concepts, tools, and vocabulary.
• One 3.5-hour online session
• Cost: $500
• No prerequisite for this course

A3 Thinking 101

The second course in our Lean Learning Pathway, focusing on more in-depth practice of Lean tools. Participants choose a problem from their environment to apply A3 Thinking.

• One 3.5-hour online session
• ‌Cost: $500
• Five 3-hour online sessions, plus homework and coaching over 10 weeks
• ‌Please plan on attending all 5 sessions in this series
• ‌Cost: $2255
• Prerequisite for this course is Intro to Lean

A3 Thinking 102

The final course in our Lean Learning Pathway. Participants are encouraged to complete their project from A3 Thinking 101 by working on the right side of the A3. The goal for this course is to prepare participants for Lean Practitioner Certification which participants are eligible for once they complete one cycle of change with measurable results.

• Three 3-hour online sessions, plus 5 coaching sessions
• Please plan on attending all 3 sessions in this series
• ‌Cost: $2255
• Prerequisites for this course are Intro to Lean and A3 Thinking 101
