11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

The Research Resource Program will be hosting the 2016 Summer Core Fairs to promote core visibility on campus.

Tables will be set up in the Medical Sciences Lobby at 513 Parnassus and representatives from cores from across campus will be on hand to answer questions and to provide information on the various services they provide. This event is open to the public and we encourage anyone who is interested in learning how cores can help their research to attend.

Lunch will be provided to attendees. We hope you can join us!

Any questions? Please email [email protected].

Information for core participants:

Registration is currently open to all cores who wish to participate, however space is limited. Each attending core will be allotted a half-table space from which to chat with potential customers, distribute flyers, and provide demos or samples.

Registration is now closed.

  • Food will be provided, however please feel free to bring candy or other treats to attract attendees!
  • A representative from the core is required to be present for the entire event. Plan to arrive between 11:15-11:30 AM to set up.
  • Flyers should be limited to one page, and should provide basic information on your core, the services you provide, and how to request services or a consultation.
  • Please do not bring large scientific posters – there will not be space and the core fair is intended as a marketing event, not a scientific presentation.
